Hamburg and Sausage Appetizers

2 loaves party rye (or pumpernickel)
1 lb. pork sausage
1 lb. hamburg
1 lb. Velvetta
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. worchestire sauce
1 sm. grated onion (optional)
Recipe
Brown meat and drain. Add cheese and seasonings. Simmer until cheese melts. Spread on bread. Broil 3" from heat, in single layer on cookie sheet, for approximately 5 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and lightly golden brown.
*To freeze: Spread on cookie sheet in single layer. Stack when frozen. Store in ziplock bag. If broiling while still frozen, adjust cooking time accordingly.
