2 Pkgs Thomas English Muffins
( 2 ) cans of Solid White Tuna in Water
( 2 ) Tblsp of Mayo
( 2 ) Jars of Old English Cheese




Recipe



Drain the water off the tuna then cut the tuna up real fine, add mayo, old english. Spread over split english muffin halves. Place on a cookie sheet and cut
english muffins into fourths. Put the cookie sheet into the freezer for about 1 hour. Stack frozen muffins in ziplock bag. Repeat with the remaining muffins. You can keep them in your freezer and take out as many as you need for your company. Then again on a cookie sheet, lined with parchment paper or foil, broil for 5 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
