    Knorr's Vegetable Soup Box

    List of Ingredients




    1- 10 oz. pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed & drained
    1- 16 oz. sour cream
    1 cup mayonnaise
    1 envelope Knorr's Veg. Soup Mix
    1- 8 oz. can water chestnuts, drained & chopped
    3 scallions, chopped

    Recipe



    In medium bowl, stir all ingredients until well mixed. Cover and chill several hours to blend flavors. Spoon into pumpernickel or rye bread bowl. Serve with bread chunks for dipping.
