    List of Ingredients




    1 lb. hamburg
    1 cup bread crumbs
    1 egg
    1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
    1/4 cup milk
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tbl. oil
    1 tbl. paprika
    1 medium onion (finely chopped)
    1 jar Heinz brown gravy
    1/2 cup sour cream

    Recipe



    In a large bowl, mix hamburg, bread crumbs, egg, Parmesan cheese, milk, onion powder, garlic salt, pepper, onion and paprika well. Shape into small meatballs. Brown in oil in frying pan until completly cooked. Drain meatballs. In large dutch oven, heat beef gravy. Add meatballs and simmer until well heated. Turn off heat and add sour cream. Stir until well combined. Serve with toothpicks.
