The secret to the tenderness of these meatballs is the milk....and there is no egg in the mixture.
List of Ingredients
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. Italian bread crumbs
1 c. milk
1/2 c. parmesan cheese
2 heaping tbl. chopped garlic
1 tsp. saltRecipe
Mix all ingredients well. Form into walnut-size meatballs. Bake in jelly-roll pan @ 350 for 30 minutes. Add to your favorite Spaghetti sauce and simmer for at least 1 hour.
