Recipe Introduction

This easy and sweet cornbread recipe makes a very large portion, but it never lasts very long!

List of Ingredients

2 (8-1/2 oz.) boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 yellow cake mix


Recipe

In a medium bowl, mix 2 pkg. corn muffin mix as directed on pkg. In another mixing bowl, mix yellow cake mix as directed on box. Add the mixed corn muffin batter to the mixed cake mix batter and blend both together. Pour into greased (15x10) jelly roll pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 35-45 minutes or until cornbread tests done.
