This sauce is great on pancakes or French toast--- with or without maple syrup!
List of Ingredients
1 pkg. frozen blueberries,thawed
1/3 c. sugar (I use Splenda)
2 tsp. cornstarch
2 tbl. water
Recipe
Put blueberries & sugar/Splenda in saucepan. Mix cornstarch with water. Blend well. Pour over blueberries. Cook, stirring constantly, over medium high heat, approximately 5-10 minutes**,until the sauce thickens. It should be a little thinner than blueberry pie filling.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
**It will take a little longer to thicken if using frozen blueberries
