This cake is soooooo easy and can be made using a variey of combinations.


List of Ingredients




1/4 cup oil
1 cake mix (any variety desired)
2 eggs
1/2 cup water
1 can pie filling (any fruit variety)

Recipe



Pour oil into 9x13 pan. Tilt pan to cover bottom. Add mix, eggs and water. Stir with spoon until blended, about 2 minutes. Scrape sides and spread batter evenly. Spoon fruit pie filling onto batter and marble with a fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes. Cool completely in pan. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.

Notes:
*I prefer to mix in a bowl first and then pour into pan and top with pie filling.
**You can use any combination of cake mix/pie filling flavor you prefer. I have used the following combinations:
Spice cake with apple pie filling (I usually cut the apples up a bit)
Chocolate cake with cherry pie filling
White cake with blueberry pie filling
