List of Ingredients




1 cooked pie shell
4 oz. white chocolate chips
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. milk
1 small container Cool Whip
1 quart strawberries
1/2 c. blueberries
1 pkg. instant white chocolate pudding

Recipe



Cut 1 dozen strawberries in half, leaving stems. Melt white chocolate chips and dip lower half of strawberry. Lay on wax paper. Cover bottom & sides of pie crust with remaining chocolate. Slice and layer remaining berries over chocolate crust. Mix together cream cheese, milk and pudding mix. Smooth over sliced berries. Pipe Cool Whip around top edge. Place chocolate covered berries on Cool Whip. Fill center with blueberries. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
