1- 12 oz. bag semisweet chocolate chips
1- 6 oz. bag milk chocolate chips
1- 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
Options: chopped flaked coconut, chocolate sprinkles, colored sprinkles, baking cocoa and/or finely chopped nutsRecipe
In a medium saucepan, over low heat, melt chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Chill for several hours. Roll into 1" balls. Roll in coconut, sprinkles, cocoa or finely chopped nuts, as desired. Place in small baking cups. Keep refrigerated. Makes approx. 4 doz.
