Chicken Kiev Roll-Ups

1 tbl. parsley
1 tbl. chives
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
6 boneless chicken breast halves
3 tbl. "cold" margarine (cut into 6 equal slices)
seasoned bread crumbs
paprika
Recipe
Combine parsley, chives and garlic powder. Set aside.
Gently pound chicken to 1/4". Sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper. Then sprinkle with 1 tsp. parsley mixture on each breast. Place cold slice of margarine on each and roll tightly, tucking in sides as you roll (like an egg roll). Place rolls seam side down in medium-sized muffin tins that have been sprayed with Pam. Sprinkle 1/2 tsp or seasoned bread crumbs on each and some paprika. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until done.
