Chicken Margarita

6 boneless chicken breasts
3 eggs
seasoned flour for dredging
6 slices Imported Provolone cheese
oil for frying
1 cup butter
6 tbl. chopped garlic
Recipe
Pound chicken breasts thin. Beat eggs in small bowl. Dredge chicken in seasoned flour, dip in eggs and then dredge in seasoned flour again. In large frying pan, heat oil. Add breaded chicken and cook until golden on one side. Turn over and immediately place slice of provolone on chicken while underside is frying. When bottom side is golden, remove and drain on paper. Keep warm in 200 degree oven on paper towel lined pan. While remainder of chicken is cooking, melt butter and saute garlic. Do not allow to brown. Top chicken with garlic butter sauce and serve immediately.
