    Hazel's Chinese Chicken Wings

    List of Ingredients

    3 lbs. of chicken wings
    1/2 cup soy sauce
    2 tbl. lemon juice
    ground ginger
    garlic powder

    Recipe

    Layer chicken wings in bowl, generously sprinkling with garlic powder and ginger after each layer. Pour soy sauce and lemon juice over top. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 450 on jelly roll pan for 45 minutes or until crispy.
