    1 1/2 lbs. chicken tenderloins
    1 cup milk
    2-3 cups cornflake crumbs
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    2 tbl. oil

    Recipe



    Soak chicken in milk. Mix the cornflake crumbs and garlic powder in a pie dish. Remove the chicken tenders from the milk and dredge them in the crumb mixture to coat completely, pressing to adhere. Arrange the coated chicken tenders on greased baking sheets, spacing evenly. Drizzle oil over the chicken tenders and bake at 500 until they are cooked through and golden brown, about 10-12 minutes. Serve with sweet & sour sauce or chicken gravy.
