List of Ingredients
4 boneless Chicken breasts (pounded to thin)
1/2 cup sliced muchrooms
1 sweet onion sliced
1/2 green pepper sliced
1/2 red pepper sliced
chopped garlic to taste
salt and pepper to taste
1 tomato (chopped)
bacon bits
shredded pizza blend cheese
1 cup chicken brothRecipe
Place chicken in single layer in large glass baking dish. Top with all veggies, except tomatoes. Pour broth over top and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover with foil and bake 350 for 35 minutes. Uncover, top with bacon bits, chopped tomatoes, and cheese. (Drain some of liquid if necessary). Bake 5-10 minutes longer or until cheese melts.
