    Up to 4 lb. whole chicken
    3/4 of envelope Good Season's Italian Dressing Mix (dry)

    Recipe



    Remove skin from chicken. Rub inside and outside of chicken with 3/4 pkg. of dry Good Season's Italian dressing mix. Put in Cooking Bag on microwave-safe plate. Cut 4-5 slits in top of bag. Tuck end of bag under chicken. Do not use metal twist tie. Cook on high in microwave for 12-14 minutes. Let set for a few minutes.
