Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

The addition of instant pudding makes these cookies so soft and chewy!
List of Ingredients
2 3/4 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 cup butter (softened)
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
1 (3.4 ounce) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 12oz. pkg semisweet chocolate chips
2 cups chopped walnuts (optional)
Recipe
Sift together flour and baking soda, set aside. In a large bowl, cream together butter and both sugars. Stir in the pudding mix until blended. Stir in eggs and vanilla. Add remaining dry ingredients and mix well. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts (optional).
Drop cookies by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 10-12 minutes. Edges should barely be golden brown. Cool on racks.
