    1 lg. box Apricot Jello
    3 c. boiling water* (see note below)
    1 8oz. pkg cream cheese (softened)
    1-20 oz. can crushed pineapple (drain well, reserve juice*)
    1 envelope Dream Whip (prepared according to pkg. directions)

    Recipe



    In large bowl, dissolve jello in boiling water (*see note below). Chill until softly solid. In medium bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth and stir in crushed pineapple. Add to jello mixture and fold until completely combined. Fold in prepared Dream Whip. Pour into mold. Chill until firm. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. Unmold and serve.
    * I measure drained pineapple juice and add enough water to make the required 3 cups, then bring to a boil and add to jello.
