Delicious and soooo refreshing on a hot summer day!
List of Ingredients
1 can blueberries, in syrup
1 15oz. can crushed pineapple, in heavy syrup
2 sm. pkg. Blackberry Jello
1 c. boiling water
3/4 c. cold water
For Topping:
1 8oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanillaRecipe
Drain blueberries and pineapple, reserving 1/4 c. of combined juices. In bowl, combine jello with boiling water. Stir until jello is completely dissolved. Add juice, cold water and fruit. Let mixture gel in refrigerator.
Topping:
Beat together softened cream cheese, sugar, sour cream and vanilla. Spread on top of jello. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
