    1 box yellow cake mix
    1 stick melted butter
    1egg
    Mix above ingredients and spread in a greased 9x13 pan.
    8 oz cream cheese
    1 box confectioners sugar (4 cups)
    3 eggs, well beaten

    Recipe



    Cream cheese, eggs, and sugar. spread over cake mixture: Bake at 325 for 40 minutes or until firm.
    For chocolate chess pie: use chocolate cake mix and add cocoa to powdered sugar.
