    Dough:
    8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
    2 sticks butter
    2 cups flour

    Filling:
    4 tbl. melted butter
    1 1/2 cup brown sugar
    2 beaten eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    chopped pecans

    Recipe



    Base:
    Mix with hands. refrigerate until thoroughly chilled. Butter mini-cupcake tins. Place small balls in cups and press into bottom and up sides.

    Filling:
    Mix sugar, eggs, butter and vanilla. Put 1 tsp. in each dough lined cup. Sprinkle with pecans, Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
