    Pistachio Pudding Dessert

    List of Ingredients

    1st Layer:
    2 sticks margarine
    2 cups flour
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts
    2nd Layer:
    1 8oz. pkg. cream cheese (softened)
    1 cup confectioner's sugar
    1 cup Cool Whip
    3rd Layer:
    3 sm. instant pistachio** pudding
    4 cups milk
    4th Layer:
    Remainder of 8 oz. container of Cool Whip
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts

    Recipe

    1st Layer:
    Mix together margarine, flour and walnut using hands. Pat into 9x13 pan. Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes. or until golden. Let cool.
    2nd Layer:
    Mix softened cream cheese, confectioner's sugar and 1 cup Cool Whip. Spread over baked crust.
    3rd Layer:
    Beat pudding mix and milk with electic mixer. Chill until firm. Spread over cream cheese mixture.
    4th Layer:
    Top with remaining Cool Whip (8 oz. size). Sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
    Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
    ** Can use any flavor of instant pudding, such as chocolate, banana, coconut cream, butterscotch,lemon, etc.
