List of Ingredients
Squares:
4 eggs
1 2/3 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 can pumpkin
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
Frosting:
1 3 oz. pkg cream cheese
1/2 c. margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. confectioner's sugar
Recipe
Squares:
Beat eggs until light and fluffy. Add sugar, oil and pumpkin. Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt together. Add to pumpkin mixture. Stir until blended. Pour into a greased 10 X 15 jelly roll pan. Bake @ 350 for 30 minutes. Cool completely on rack.
Frosting:
Beat cream cheese and margarine until well blended and fluffy. Add vanilla, beat. Add confectioner's sugar and mix until completely smooth. Frost cooled squares and cut into squares. Cover and keep refrigerated until serving.
