List of Ingredients
1 pkg. Oatmeal Cookie Mix
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. crushed ginger snaps
1/2 c. butter or margarine
16 oz. cream cheese (rm. temp.)
1 can pumpkin
1 tbl. pumpkin pie spice
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
2 tbl. flour
2 tbl. whipping cream

Mix cookie mix, pecans, ginger snaps and butter until crumbly. Press into 9x13 pan, reserving 1 cup. Bake @ 350 for 10 minutes.
Prepare Filling:
Cream together:cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs and pumpkin and whippping cream. Add flour and pumpkin pie spice. Mix well. Pour over crumbly mix. Top with remaining topping. Bake 35-40 minutes @ 350. Cool. Drizzle with Caramel and Chocolate ice cream topping**. Cut into squares and keep refrigerated.
**For easier drizzling: place topping in ziploc bag. Cut corner of bag. Squeeze topping out. Repeat for 2nd topping.
