These are a "must have" at our house for Easter and Thanksgiving.........
List of Ingredients
1 doz. eggs
1 slice deli ham (1/4" thick",diced very fine)
2 scallions (finely chopped)
1/4 tsp. mustard
Miracle Whip (to taste)

Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring water to a boil and immediately remove from heat. Cover and let eggs stand in hot water for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from hot water, cool in cold water, and peel. Slice lengthwise, carefully removing yolks and adding to a medium bowl. Add Miracle Whip and mustard to bowl, beating with electric mixer and adding Miracle Whip until desired consistency is reached. Stir in diced ham and scallions. Fill egg whites with yolk mixture, top with paprika. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
