Baked Haddock

1 lb. Haddock fillets (skin removed)
1 cup milk
1/2 stack Ritz crackers (crushed)
4 tbl. melted margarineRecipe
Soak haddock in milk for 10 minutes. Press top side of haddock into cracker crumbs and place haddock, skin-side down, in greased baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Pour melted butter over crumbs. Bake at 500 degrees for 12 minutes.
*Can substiute cod fillets.
