Creamed Tuna on Toast

List of Ingredients
8 tbl. flour
8 tbl. margarine
1 1/2 tsp. salt
4 cups milk
2 cans white tuna in water** (drained & flaked)
1 can peas/peas&carrots (drained)
White bread (toasted)
Recipe
In large sauce pan, melt margarine. Add flour and salt. Stir until completely blended. Let bubble for 1-2 minutes. Stirring constantly, add milk. Continue stirring until hot and thickened. Add tuna and peas. Allow to heat through but don't boil. Serve over toast.
**Can also substitute cooked or canned chicken or turkey.
