    1 8oz. Cool Whip (thawed)
    4 tbl. confectioner's sugar
    4 tbl. unsweetened cocoa powder

    Recipe



    Combine sugar and cocoa in bowl. Add Cool Whip and fold in gently, but completely. Chill if not using right away. May be piped with a pastry bag.
