    Onions

    3 can Pastene Kitchen-Ready Tomatoes (or stewed tomatoes)
    Linguini

    In a cast iron Dutch oven ..

    You line the bottom with butter and onion then add a pork loin (cut up to fit in the pan) and cook until its done all the way through.. Basically you burn the pork but keep turning it in the pan, takes about 30-40 min then take the pork out and cut it into bite sized pieces.. Then in the dutch oven, add stewed tomatoes I use three can of Pastene kitchen ready tomatoes. As you add this, the sauce will turn brown from the pork drippings. Add the meat back to the sauce and pour over linguini .. Sounds weird but its sooo good!!!
