Makes 2 8"-9" crusts
List of Ingredients
2/3 c. plus 2 tbl. shortening
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
4-5 tbl. cold waterRecipe
Place all ingredients into med. mixing bowl. Using pastry blender or two knives, cut shortening into dry ingredients. Divide dough in half. Roll to fit 8" or 9" crust. Bake as per pie directions.
For single baked pie shell, bake @ 475 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
