Fruity Chiffon Pie

List of Ingredients
1-3oz. pkg Jello (fruit flavor of your choice. I like strawberry or apricot)
2/3 cup boiling water
2 cups ice cubes
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 cup Fruit (diced)-optional
Graham Cracker or Shortbread CrustRecipe
Completely dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add ice and stir constantly until thickened. Remove unmelted cubes. Blend in Cool Whip until smooth. Fold in fruit (optional). Chill, if necessary until mixture will mound. Spoon into crust. Chill 3 hrs.
Suggested fruits: 1 cup diced peaches, blueberries, mandarin oranges, sliced strawberries, sliced bananas or drained peaches, drained crushed pineapple, drained fruit cocktail.
