    Kay's Raspberry Cream Pie

    List of Ingredients




    1 baked pie shell or Keeblers shortbread pie crust
    1 lg. vanilla cook & serve pudding
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla extract

    Glaze ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 tbl. cornstarch
    1 c. water
    1 sm. pkg. raspberry jello

    Recipe



    Place milk and pudding mix in saucepan. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Add vanilla and mix well. Pour into prepared pie crust. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate several hours. When completely set... top with fresh raspberries and cooled glaze.


    Glaze
    In medium saucepan, cook sugar, cornstarch, water and jello until all ingredients are dissolved. Cool (but do not allow to set) and pour over berries and pie. Return to refrigerator until completely set...several hours or overnight.
