    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    2 c. canned pumpkin (1 can)
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg plus two yolks
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 c. half and half
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. ground cloves
    1 pre-made pie shell

    Preheat oven to 350. Beat the softened cream cheese with a mixer. Add pumpkin and mix until combined thoroughly. Add salt and sugar, combine with mixture. Add eggs and yolks, melted butter and half and half, combine with mixture. Add vanilla and spices, and beat until combined in mixture. Pour the filling into the pre-made pie shell and bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center of the pie is set. Cool at room temperature and then refrigerate.
