The day before cooking, sprinkle both sides of ribs with Rotisserie Chicken Seasoning and Garlic Powder. Rub well into meat. Refrigerate, covered overnight. Uncover.
Heat smoker to between 300-350 (no higher). Place foil pan, 1/2 full of water, in bottom of unused side of smoker (under grate). Smoke ribs for 1 hour over indirect heat, turning over at 15 minute intervals. Remove from heat. Wrap and completely seal in heavy duty aluminum foil. Return to smoker (over indirect heat) for 1 1/2 hours, turning every 15 minutes. Remove from smoker. Remove foil, retaining liquid. Place ribs back on grill (indirect heat). Pour juices from foil over ribs. Cook for 30-45 minutes,turning every 15 minutes. Remove from grill and let sit,covered, for 30 minutes before slicing. Serve with favorite bbq sauce.
