Cranberry-Raspberry Salad

List of Ingredients
1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained
2 4 oz. pkg. Raspberry Jello
1 16 oz. can whole berry Cranberry Sauce
1 med. apple (chopped small)
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped (optional)
Recipe
Drain pineapple, reserving all of the liquid in a 1 qt. measuring cup. Add enough cold water to the reserved liquid to measure 3 cups. Pour into a large saucepan. Bring to boil. Remove from heat. Add Jello and stir until dissolved. Add cranberry sauce. Stir well. Pour into a large bowl. Refrigerate 1 1/2 hrs. or until slightly thickened. Stir in drained pineapple, apple and walnuts. Stir gently until well blended. Pour into medium serving bowl. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or until firm.
Makes 14 1/2-cup servings
