    Mom's Sweet Cole Slaw

    Nobody made cole slaw like my mom.....

    List of Ingredients




    1 bag of cole slaw mix (chopped to medium dice)
    1/2 Delicious apple (cored and diced)
    3/4 c. raisins


    Dressing--
    1 tbl. finely grated onion
    3 stalks finely grated celery
    1 1/2 c. Miracle Whip (diluted with 1/3 c. milk)

    Recipe



    Mix dressing ingredients and refrigerate at least 2 hrs. ahead of serving time. Add small amount of sugar/Splenda if too tart or small amount of vinegar if too sweet.
    Mix slaw and dressing 15-20 minutes before serving.
    **Can also add drained mandarin oranges
