List of Ingredients
1 lb. tri-color rotini
1-16oz. pkg. frozen broccoli/cauliflower/carrots
1/4 lb. thickly sliced deli ham (cubed)
1/4 lb. thickly sliced deli turkey (cubed)
1/4 lb. thickly sliced genoa salami (cubed)
1/2 red onion finely chopped
1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian dressing (made according to pkg directions)
1 1/2 tsp. Adobo seasoning (without pepper)
salt and pepper
1/4 lb. thickly slice provolone (cubed)
1/2 cup grated parmesan or romano cheese
Recipe
Cook pasta according to pkg. directions in heavily salted water. About 5 min. before pasta is done, add frozen vegetables to water. Drain well and cool pasta and vegetables. Mix all ingredients , except provolone and parmesan cheese and refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Add cheeses. Mix well and serve.
*Note: I usually add more dressing to taste just before serving.
**I sometimes add pepperoni slices
