    Tuna Macaroni Salad

    1 lb. elbows or small shells
    3 scallions or 1/3 cup red onion (finely chopped)
    3 cans white tuna in water (drained and flaked)
    1 can LeSeur peas (drained)
    2 1/2 cups mayonnaise
    1/2 cup milk
    Salt to taste

    Recipe



    Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and allow to cool. In large bowl, mix macaroni,tuna, onion and peas. In medium bowl, mix mayonnaise and milk with a whisk. Pour mayo mixture over macaroni mixture and mix well. Add salt to taste. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
    * Note: 1 lb. salad shrimp can be used in place of tuna.
