Bologna Salad

1-1/2 lb. bologna chunk
1 green pepper
1 to 1-1/4 c. mayo
1 tsp. mustard
18 Finger Rolls Recipe
Grind bologna in food processor. Place in mixing bowl. Grind green pepper, drain of excess liquid and add to ground bologna. Add mayo and mustard.
**This is better if prepared 24 hours in advance.
With bread knife, split finger rolls on top without cutting through. Fill with salad mix. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
