    Q&E Greek Lemon Chicken Soup

    Soooooo easy and sooooo good when you have a cold... (or not!)

    List of Ingredients




    1 (46 ounce) can chicken broth
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. uncooked orzo pasta
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    2 cups diced cooked chicken*

    Recipe



    In a dutch oven, add chicken broth and cream of chicken soup. Combine well. Bring to a boil. Stir in orzo. Reduce heat and simmer until orzo is tender, 12-15 minutes. Add lemon juice and cooked chicken and simmer until heated through.

    *I have used leftover rotisserie chicken for this with excellent results.
