List of Ingredients
2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 28 oz. can tomato sauce
1 28 oz. can undrained stewed tomatoes (diced)
2 c. water
2 c. chopped green peppers
2 beef boullion cubes
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 cups cooked Minute Rice
Parmesan Cheese
Recipe
In a large saucepan, brown beef. Drain. Return beef to pan and add other ingredients,except rice and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until peppers are tender, (15-20 minutes). Add cooked rice and stir well. Serve sprinkled with parmesan cheese.
