    Marinated Carrots

    List of Ingredients




    2 lb bag baby carrots
    10 oz. can tomato soup
    3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. wine vinegar
    1/4 c. oil
    1 med. onion, thinly sliced into rings
    1 med. green pepper, thinly sliced
    1/4 c. dried dill weed

    Recipe



    Cook carrots until barely tender. In saucepan, boil soup, sugar, vinegar, oil and dill until sugar melts. Place raw sliced onions, and peppers in bowl. Add cooked carrots. Pour boiled mixture over vegetables and let marinate at least 24 hours. Serve chilled.
