    List of Ingredients




    1- 32 oz. bag fz. hash browns- completely thawed
    2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 cups (16 0z.) sour cream
    1- 10 3/4 oz. can cream of chicken soup(undiluted)
    1/2 cup margarine -melted (divided)
    2 cups crushed cornflakes

    Recipe



    In large bowl, mix first 5 ingredients. In another bowl, mix sour cream, soup and 1/4 cup melted margarine. Pour over potato mixture and stir well. Transfer to a greased 3 qt. baking dish sprayed with Pam. Toss cornflakes with remaining butter. Sprinkle over top. Bake uncovered at 350 for 45-55 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
