Potato Salad

List of Ingredients
5-6 lbs. peeled, cubed, cooked potatoes (boiled in salted water)
6 hard cooked eggs (chopped)
3-4 scallions (chopped)
1 cup sweet pickles (chopped)**
3 cups mayonnaise
3/4 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
Recipe
In large bowl, combine cooked and cooled potatoes, eggs, scallions, and sweet pickles. Toss lightly. In a separate bowl, whisk mayo and milk; blend well. Add to potato mixture. Combine completely. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate to blend flavors.
** I sometimes use jarred sweet pickle cubes (well drained)
