    Fast cake to make for special occasions. Cool Whip makes this extra tasty.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 Box White cake mix
    • 1.C. sugar
    • 1 C. or sm. pack frozen coconut (completely thawed for at least a day)
    • 1 C. condensed milk


    Instructions


    1. Make cake as directed on the box.
    2. Before cake cools, combine sugar, coconut and milk stirring constantly over low heat until mixture thickens.
    3. Punch holes in cake with fork and pour hot mixture over cake, spreading to edges.
    4. Let cake completely cool.
    5. Spread 1 large container of Kool Whip over cake and sprinkle with the flake coconut.
    6. Keep refrigerated.


    Final Comments


    If the frozen coconut has not been thawed for at least a day and kept in the frig., when you add it to the cake in the last step, it will be too soggy.
    Make sure you use the frozen, it has a much better taste.
