List of Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 med. onion chopped
- 1 green bell pepper chopped
- 1/2 tsp. garlic or to taste.
- 1 qt. or lg. can tomatoes
- 1 or 2 cans tomato paste
- 1 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 1/2 tsp. parsley
- 1 bay leaf, whole
- 1 c. water
- lasagne noodles
- your prefs. of cheese
Instructions
- Cook hamburger until done.
- Add onions and cook for a few minutes.
- Add, tomatoes, paste, water, and spices and simmer for 2-3 hours.(remove bay leaf when done cooking)
- Cook lasagne noodles according to package directions.
- Have big pan, put a layer of sauce, a layer of lasagne and a layer of cheese. (Repeat layers again)
- Put in oven at 450 degrees. Cook until cheese melts and is bubbling.
