    CARROT-PINEAPPLE CAKE

    Brenda Nelson
    Sift together
    3 cups flour
    2 cups sugar
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    2 teaspoons soda
    2 teaspoons cinnamon
    1 teaspoon salt

    Add and mix until moistened
    1 1/3 cups salad oil
    4 eggs
    2 cups carrots
    2 teaspoons vanilla
    2 cups crushed pineapple w/syrup
    Beat 2 minutes
    Bake at 350 degrees.
