    List of Ingredients




    ½ cup margarine
    ½ cup oil
    1 ¾ cups sugar
    2 eggs
    1 Tablespoon vanilla
    2 cups shredded zucchini
    2 ½ cups flour
    ½ cup sour milk
    4 teaspoons cocoa
    1 teaspoon soda
    ½ teaspoon cinnamon
    ½ teaspoon cloves
    ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

    Recipe



    Cream margarine, oil, and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, and sour milk. Sift together flour, cocoa, salt and spices. Blend with creamed mixture. Stir in zucchini, spread in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips over top.
    Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
