CHOCOLATE MINT COOKIES

¾ cup margarine
1 ½ cups brown sugar
2 Tablespoons water
Heat
Add: 2 eggs (1 at a time)
Add: 2 ½ cups flour
1 ¼ teaspoon each soda and salt
Chill 1 hour. Roll in balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes (no longer) When out of the oven places a Andes Crème de Menthe on each cookie. In a few minutes, swirl it.
Yields: 5 to 6 dozen
