Dip- Asparagus Sour Cream Dip

1 10-ounce package frozen asparagus pieces
1/2 cup lowfat sour cream
1 1/2 teaspoons grated onion
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon seasoning salt
20 low fat crackers
Recipe
Cook asparagus in small amount of boiling water until tender. Drain and cool. Puree asparagus in blender. Combine asparagus with remaining ingredients. Chill thoroughly. Serve as a dip with crackers. Makes 4 servings
